Thank you for registering for the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course with 1st Avenue Real Estate School. This is the second course of two required by the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) in order to obtain your salesperson license. The subject matter and delivery format of this course is fully accredited and approved by MREC. Everything you need to complete this course is available through this website, and there will be no hard copies emailed to you. Each unit will contain a reading assignment, practices scenario, and a unit quiz. Once you have finished all of the required elements for each unit, you must complete the student affidavit, final exam, and course evaluation. After all of your prelicensing education is completed, you will need to pass a licensing exam through AMP. You can register as a candidate at www.goamp.com.
